Make sure that you entered the username and password exactly as they appear in the email that you received from us. The password is case sensitive and any extra spaces or characters will cause it not to work.
If you changed your password and you can't remember it, send an email to brdpi@bea.gov and we will reset it for you.
A survey may be submitted more than once. Previous submissions are historically stored in our database,
yet the latest submission is the only one counted once the survey activation time period closes.
